Last September, as many of you know, I traveled overseas on a global speaking tour. Through relationships and connections made during these tours, I now have the opportunity to once again travel to Sri Lanka for a multi-city speaking tour.
Over the past two years, I have presented to audiences all over the world: Canada, Mexico, Turkey, Greece, Netherlands, Sri Lanka and Dubai. The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants is sponsoring my upcoming tour to Sri Lanka. I look forward to this opportunity to spread my Next Level of Growth message.
Sri Lanka is an island country in the northern Indian Ocean off the southern coast of the Indian subcontinent in South Asia; known until 1972 as Ceylon, Sri Lanka has maritime borders with India to the northwest and the Maldives to the southwest. The population currently in Sri Lanka is over 20 million people. I am excited to learn more about their people, their culture, their customs and their global business model.
First, I will be presenting a two-hour presentation to C-Level executives that is focused on how to build multi-dimensional growth in their organizations. Multi-dimensional growth extends beyond performance measurements. It includes growth in individuals, processes, systems, innovation and culture.
Then, I will be speaking with mid- and senior-level management teams to share my program titled, Let’s Orchestrate, which describes a move from simply managing to completely orchestrating standards of excellence. Both programs were developed for Fortune 500 companies, governmental entities and academic institutions. I am proud to assist individuals and organizations throughout the world in transforming their culture into a winning growth environment.
While in Sri Lanka, I will also have the opportunity to volunteer and visit war torn areas and present to a group of students who are in the Young Minds group at the University of Jaffna. I am hoping my energy and positivity will resonate with the students and leave them with tools for continued growth and education. Most of all I want to leave them with a greater gift…I want to leave them inspired.
I look forward to you joining me on my journey…more to come from the road!
